Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms, while not very spacious, had a lovely ambiance and were surprisingly comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely friendly and supportive. The location was fantastic, close to some great restaurants that stayed open late. However, the dining experience, while offering traditional shabu-shabu, was a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money with clean rooms and friendly, English-fluent staff.
The hotel has a very modern and stylish design with nice vibes in the rooms. While the space is bigger than typical in Japan, it might be a bit tight for opening two large luggages. The service was extremely friendly and supportive, providing great English assistance and thoughtful gestures such as offering an umbrella during rain and extra bathrobes. The location is excellent, close to multiple subway lines, trendy decor, and free cocktails at the bar. The dining experience offers good variety although the breakfast plan includes only one drink. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and comfortable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although larger than standard in Japan, were not super clean upon arrival and may not be suitable for a long stay for a couple. On the bright side, they had smart TVs linked up with Netflix. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and supportive staff who went out of their way to provide extra amenities and had excellent English skills. The location was convenient and open 24/7 downstairs, but not in a very touristy area. The dining options were limited and a bit pricey, but the nearby restaurants offered plenty of choices. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
